Research Interests: My research interests are in physiological changes of cardiorenal immune responses in health and the disease states of hypertension, diabetes, atherosclerosis and obesity. In particular, I am interested in signal transduction pathways and their influence on development of pathophysiological changes. I am also interested in in-vitro, in-vivo models of age-related vascular dysfunction and its consequences at functional and molecular aspects.
